Shipping Policy
At NaomiDesigns, each garment is a custom statement piece designed with intention, detail, and craftsmanship. Because all pieces are made-to-order and vary in complexity, completion times may differ from order to order.
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Please note that order processing is not the same as order completion. Once an order has been processed, the craftsmanship and production phase of your custom piece begins.
After your piece has been completed, you will receive an Order Completion Email confirming that your order is ready for shipment. Shipping timelines begin only after this email has been sent and the package has been dropped off with the carrier.
We offer multiple shipping methods at checkout, including:
- Ground Shipping
- Express Shipping
- Priority Shipping
- Next-Day Shipping
The estimated delivery time selected at checkout applies after shipment, not during the design and production process.
All orders shipped by NazzDesigns require a signature upon delivery to help ensure the safe arrival of your package.
Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, any delivery updates, delays, or transit inquiries should be directed to the shipping carrier. Please understand that shipping timelines and carrier-related delays are outside of our control once the package has been transferred to the carrier.
If you need to update or change your shipping address, you must contact us before your order has shipped. Once a package has been shipped, we cannot guarantee address modifications or rerouting.
